Reservations are guaranteed by prepayment or credit card.

Cancellations after 6pm on the day prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

Reservations not taken up resulting in a no-show will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation. Any further nights included in the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

Registered guests will be held responsible and financially liable for any damage incurred to rooms or motel facilities.

Elisangela OFelt like home!We stayed one night and the room was very clean, easy access and very cosy! Considering the weather in Dunedin wasn't the greatest we didn't feel cold at all in the room and the bed had electric blanquette, big thumbs up for me.
